New Moon North Node Solar Eclipse at 28 degrees of Aquarius.

This New Moon Solar Eclipse is in the fixed air sign of Aquarius. The New Moon aspect represents the beginning, initiation or incubation of a project or idea. The North Node Eclipse adds an extra energised and powerful surge of energy to this New Moon. This fixed mode signifies stubborn unchanging energy, the air element represents intellect, ideas and communications and Aquarius is known for its detached humanitarian disposition. Pluto and Mars share Aquarius in this lunation and blend their hot headed and deeply transformational energies into a stellium.
The Sun is in detriment and is weakened in Aquarius. Saturn the ruling planet of this eclipse is in fall and weakened at critical 0 degree in Aries, so boundaries, structure, limitation and discipline are under great strain. Saturn is exactly conjunct confusing Neptune [on the 20th] who is forever dissolving Saturn’s boundaries. This has the potential to bring about not just low mood but depression if you are predisposed and will try your patience at least even if not.
This New Moon Solar Eclipse of Aquarius is in a troublesome square to unpredictable Uranus in Taurus, both are fixed signs again bring a lasting and stubborn quality.
Venus, planet of love is exalted and strong in Pisces and she is conjunct to the North Node which is adding a powerful increase of energy to the Venusian realm. Mercury joins them both several degrees away. Venus is in a beautiful trine to Jupiter retrograde, also exalted at 15 degrees of Cancer. Thankfully we are reminded that there are blessing in the world, and both the greater and lesser benefics are in an easy flowing energy relationship within these emotional and sensitive signs.
Eclipse reverberations dates following on from this eclipse could initially be at the end of February as Mars hits the exact eclipse degree and when the Sun conjuncts the North Node, in March also when Mars and then the Moon reach the North Node between 13th and 17th March. Though as the year progresses, mid-May, late June, and mid to late August are showing as potentially significant. The South Node Solar Eclipse in fixed fire sign of Leo on the 12th August 2026 will likely cause this eclipse couple to confound long lasting and drawn out effects or proceedings. The last of the reverberations of the year I feel maybe the most significant and are from the 10th to the 23rd November which include the first quarter Lunar Gestational Cycle date of 17th November when the Moon is at 25 degrees of Aquarius, similar degree and same sign of this New Moon North Node Eclipse in Aquarius. Lingering ramifications maybe felt with the need to act on issues being brought about by this eclipse.
Those who will feel the reverberations of this eclipse are those with signs, modes, and degrees most affected and are Capricorn, Aquarius, the fixed modes of Taurus Leo and Scorpio also, and those with planets or points at 28 degrees of those signs.
